WHAT WE DID
Timms Avenue
The original owner of this little house on Timms Avenue had it transported from Holland and assembled in kit form back in the early 50’s. It was very run down and in desperate need of some love.
We started this project at the end of 2012 and transformed a cramped, compact home into a light and bright modern family space.
The house lacked an appealing façade for resale, so we decided the front was the ideal place to extend.
The Façade design was inspired by a Queenslander style of home, which I felt would blend beautifully with the remainder of the original architecture.
Now the property has great street appeal. We get many compliments from passersby about the fresh new look of the façade which made all the hard work worthwhile.
