WHAT WE DID

Multi-Residential Projects

Before launching Review Interiors, I was an interior designer for a large multi-residential developer.

My role was to design the interior spaces and exterior colour schemes. Market research was carried out to ensure we targeted the right buyers while considering low-end budgets and time constraints.

The project sizes ranged from as small as 4 multi townhouses to projects of up to 450 homes along with an apartment housing project that was integrated as part of a large development.

A lot of planning was involved. For example, space floor planning, designs were developed for the kitchens and bathrooms, lighting and electrical layouts, housing specifications, scheduling and setting up of display homes and concepts for sales offices were designed. A review process was involved in all working drawings and research on products was essential for projects with integrated social housing to withstand years of use.

I got involved in the marketing side of things by producing renders for potential buys so they could visualise the end product.

Natalie prepared several colour schemes for our townhouse development. The purchasers loved re work which assisted greatly with sales. We will not hesitate to use Review Interiors again.
