Display Homes

Our clients needed a display home that embodied the charm of a modern farmhouse with a classic ranch style, all within a budget. This project, designed as both a display home and sales office for Kialla Homes in Warrigal, required a balance between high-end aesthetics and practical functionality.
The design challenge was to create a spacious family home that felt luxurious without exceeding the budget. To achieve this, we drew inspiration from modern American farmhouse styles, carefully selecting materials and furnishings that provided a classic yet contemporary feel. The project involved a full fit-out, including furniture, décor, curtains, and blinds, using some existing pieces from a previous display home.
Collaboration was key, as we worked closely with a professional lighting consultant and cabinet makers to ensure the design was cohesive and met the builder’s requirements. The result is a home that exudes warmth and elegance, making it an inviting space for potential buyers to envision their future.
