CROYDON NORTH BATHROOM
A retired couple between their 70s and 80s wanted to upgrade their tired, old bathrooms. They required modern, low maintenance design with easy-clean surfaces on a mid-range budget. Keen on selling the house in the near future, the design and scheme needed to carry throughout all wet areas.
With re-sale in mind, we chose a neutral scheme as this is popular with the majority of buyers. A neutral palette allows buyers to add design tweaks to suit their tastes.
Lighting added a luxurious feature to both bathrooms along with chrome mixer taps for ease of use. The main bathroom has a warm wall light next to the mirror for that hotel feel and in the ensuite, we used timber and glass pendant lighting for a warm dramatic effect that would co-ordinate with the timber vanity.
