A charming Victorian Terrace home set in the back streets of Richmond.

This client decided it was time to sell their investment property. In order to do this, the whole house needed a total overhaul in personality on a budget. After the house underwent some much-needed repairs and a good lick of paint there wasn’t much left in the budget to work with.

So, it was Review Interiors challenge to work with the existing furniture from the client’s home and set up stylised rooms with what we had.

The aim was to keep it minimal to maximise the sizes of the rooms while keeping the colours modern to attract a young family who may want to renovate in the furniture.

Once the house was listed, it only took three weeks to sell the house.
